This module is all about adding projects and its relevant actions. The following sub modules are part of the project’s module:
Add project

Quotations
Import projects
Import failure
This will allow the user to add a new project. There are three types of projects:
Pickup and delivery
Pickup only
Delivery only
Sales order
Purchase order
Each of these projects are discussed respectively.
The screen below identifies the entire required fields needed to be filled in order to add a new project of pickup and delivery into the system. The module has three sub sections, details, pricing and comments and will be discussed respectively.

This job type when selected the user will be requested to further identify if they would want to get the kiosk functionality enabled or not. In case the user selects the option enabled the driver will be able to see the jobs related to the project in the kiosk and vice versa. Here the user does not have the fields of customer, delivery address, vehicle class, and fleet while rest of the fields for this job type remain same as shown in figure 113:

The delivery only job type includes the combined functionalities that of pickup only and pickup and delivery job types. The fields required in the delivery only job type, include the details mentioned in the figure 113 to 115. Furthermore, it’s important to note that the sales order and purchase order are the sub modules of delivery only but selecting either of them do not affect the fields or functionality while adding the project.

View project is the sub module of project. In this module the user can view, close, edit and delete the already added project and can also add a new project. Upon accessing the module, the user will see the following screen:
This sub module is provided in the projects module to serve the purpose of template. Any user can create a quotation which can later be converted into a job or a project. Hence this is an additional module provided to support users in case they want to develop extra jobs to be later converted. The process of adding quotations is same as that of adding a new job.
Here the user can import a project into the system by using the already available sample. The user will download the xls file available and will fill in the details accordingly. Once completed, the user will upload the sheet and the project will be added in the system.
Here the projects are shown which contain the missing products or missing information. The screen is as shown below:
