Account Creation - Allotrac Customer Self Service Portal

PORTAL INVITATION
To create your Allotrac customer self service portal account, please contact Allotrac support via helpdesk@allotrac.com.au or 1300-766-873, so we can send you an invitation to create your account. The invitation will be sent to your email address, if we have sent the invitation but cannot see it in your inbox , please check your other folders such as spam, junk or any other folder that it may automatically land in. 




ACCEPTING THE INVITATION & ACCOUNT SETUP
Follow the below steps on how to accept the invitation and setup your account.

1. When you open the invitation email you will see a large green button saying 'ACCEPT THE INVITATION', select this button.




2.  Once you have accepted the invitation you will be required to enter a password that you will use along with your email to login. The password field follows standard password protocol to ensure security, an indicator at the end of the password field shows the strength of your password. If you are struggling to meet the password protocol, try adding numerals and/or symbols. 



3. After registering your password, the last step is to input your profile details. See below a short description of each field. Selecting the 'Save' button will complete the account creation.
Name - Only visible to Allotrac support so we can add you to our contacts list. Please input your first and last name.
Display Name - What you enter in this field is the name that everyone will see in our community module. Please input either just your first name, or your first and last name.
Email - Your work email. This will be your Primary email for Allotrac support to contact you on.
Mobile - Your mobile number. 
This will be your Primary mobile number for Allotrac support to contact you on.
Country - Which country you currently reside in.
Time Zone - The time zone dictates the time stamp on your support ticket conversations, community posts, and comments in the knowledge base. We did our best to select one, but you can change it if necessary.

Selecting the 'Save' button will complete the account creation.
