How to resolve common login issues

Allotrac is going through a process of upgrading many of it's services, if your company has received an update recently you may need to close all Allotrac tabs and clear the site data before being able to login.

If you are an exiting Allotrac user,  and seeing an error of "missing parameters" or "email or username required" at the login screen you will need to follow the following steps before being able to login again.


 . 

On Chrome
  1. Navigate to your Allotrac login screen
  2. Click the padlock in the address bar
  3. Select "Cookies and Site Data"
  4. Select "manage cookies and site data"
  5. Click the trash can icons to delete the site data and Click the Done button
  6. Refresh the tab and you should be able to login as normal

If this has not solved your issue you can also try resetting your password using the "forgot password" link at the login screen or contact your site administrator.
