To send an automated email (Proof of Delivery, Proof of Pick Up, Outer Geo Fence Notification etc) to Client, Supplier, Customer Order Placed By against the job address, please see the below steps.
Using the below example,
SEND TO SUPPLIER
If SUPPLIER is enabled in the notifications against the CUSTOMER address then the Proof of Delivery, Proof of Pick Up, Outer Geo Fence Notification etc will go to the PRIMARY CONTACT EMAIL against the SUPPLIER. See Below.
SEND TO CUSTOMER
If CUSTOMER is enabled in the notifications against the SUPPLIER address then the Proof of Delivery, Proof of Pick Up, Outer Geo Fence Notification etc will go to the PRIMARY CONTACT EMAIL against the CUSTOMER. See Below.
SEND TO CLIENT
If CLIENT is enabled in the notifications against the SUPPLIER address OR the CUSTOMER ADDRESS then the Proof of Delivery, Proof of Pick Up, Outer Geo Fence Notification etc will go to the PRIMARY CONTACT EMAIL against the CLIENT. See Below.
SEND TO ORDER PLACED BY
If ORDER PLACED BY is enabled in the notifications against the SUPPLIER address OR the CUSTOMER ADDRESS then the Proof of Delivery, Proof of Pick Up, Outer Geo Fence Notification etc will go to the SUB CONTACT selected in the Order Placed By drop down field.
NOTE: If you need the email to go to a specific person. You will need to add them as a sub contact.
