Surcharge Module

Surcharge

This is a simple module where the user can add new surcharge and view existing surcharges. Surcharges are used in the module of job.

Add new surcharge

This module will allow the user to add new surcharge in the system. Shown below are the fields relevant for adding a surcharge:

  • Type is of two categories: Flat rate and Percentage

  • Occurrence is of four categories: Per job, per leg, per unit and per product

Mandatory Fields:

  • Surcharge Name

View surcharge

This sub module allows the user to view and edit the surcharges existing in the system. From here the user can perform the edit and delete functionality as well as the user will be able to export the details in CSV and Excel format. The screen is shown below:
