This module allows the user to perform different actions related to the vehicles. As shown in the chart the relationship of creating a vehicle is important for the entire job execution cycle. The sub modules are shown below and will be discussed in detail respectively.
This module allows a user to add a new vehicle in the system database. The fields shown below are required to be filled in for a proper entry of vehicle. The mandatory fields are identified separately for convenience:
Once the license type is selected the user can move forward to the next step of adding information.
In the next step the add new vehicle module is divided into two sub categories of details and services as shown in the figure 217.

This sub module allows the user to view edit and delete the vehicles existing in the system. Note that when the edit vehicles module and delete vehicles modules are selected as shown in figure 215 the user will be redirected to the view vehicles screen and from here the user can perform the edit and delete functionality. The user can also download the data in excel and csv format. The screen is shown below:
Here the checklist log for trucks is provided for users to view. These are the checklists completed by drivers in the truck application for the assigned jobs. The screen shows the checklists completed by the drivers against the relevant details. The details can be downloaded in excel format.
In this sub module the user will be able to add a new vehicle class. The already existing vehicle classes are shown in column on the right-hand side. Upon clicking on any of the vehicle class the user can use the name of the class for the new vehicle class and by clicking on the cross adjacent to the class a user can delete it. Upon clicking the cross a pop-up shows confirming the user’s choice of delete action.
This sub module allows the user to add a new crane type in the system database. The cranes are used for crane jobs, and are allocated relevant jobs via allocation module. In order to add a new crane, the user will have to fill in the following fields:
