The admin tools section cannot be accessed without an authentication code. The authentication code is sent to the user’s email and registered mobile number. Once the authentication code is provided the user will be redirected to the following screen:
The user will have access to the following functionalities which are discussed respectively:
Job batch operations
Contact batch operations
Add suburbs
View suburbs
It’s important to note that these are admin level functions and users allowed to perform these functions should practice great care and restrain. The job batch operations will allow the user to move, duplicate, complete, cancel, uncanceled and delete jobs. All of the mentioned functions can only perform against the date of a job. The screen is as follows:
Here the user can perform admin level actions on the contacts. The user can select the contacts and chose to enable or disable them as shown below:

Here the user can add suburb information in the system. These suburbs are relevant to the addressed when a new contact is being added. To add a suburb user will have to details as shown below:
Here the user can view the existing suburbs in the system, can edit or delete them. Moreover, a button to add new suburb is also provided for the ease of the user.
