This module is designed for ensuring the safety and conduct measures for the drivers. In this module the features are related to the mobile truck application where the breach of the identified safety and conduct measures is recorded. The recorded information is fetched from the application and displayed in the web module. Following are the features of this module discussed respectively:

The modality for fatigue is available in the allotrac truck mobile application. The driver mentions the required details the truck application and in case there is a breach it is recorded. The recorded data is fetched and displayed in the compliance sub module fatigue in the allotrac web portal. An image of the dashboard followed by the details of the fatigue information are provided below for reference and understanding:

Job safety analysis checklist is available in the system level modules. The user has to create the JSA checklist as shown in the checklist module. Once the JSA has been developed it is available for the driver in the truck application. The following screen will show the list of drivers who have breached their JSA:
Mass is related to the Concessional Mass Management. If the CMM is selected from the settings the user can add ton capacity against the axels in the vehicle’s module. Vehicles are added through the system level module of vehicles. Once the tonnage capacity is identified and the load exceeds the identified capacity there will be a breach of Mass. In case of breach the system will show the drivers highlighted in red:

This module will show the logs of Motor vehicle incidents as recorded through the android application.
This module is related to the prestart checklists available in the truck application. Once a user logs into the truck application they are required to fill in the prestart checklists. The responses acquired against the prestart checklists are recorded in the truck application and later fetched via APIs and displayed in the web portal as shown below:
