Driver

This module allows users to add the drivers into the system. Shown below are the sub modules of this feature. As shown in figure 19 in order to create and execute a job or a project adding a driver is the key step to the process. The sub modules are discussed respectively:

Add new driver

This module allows the user to add a new driver. Upon clicking the add new driver button from the dashboard the user will be able to see the screen shown below. The user will be expected to fill in all the relevant fields in order to add the driver.

Once the details are added the driver is included in the system. Now the user can view the driver from view driver module.

Mandatory Fields:

  • Name

View Drivers

This module allows users to view, edit and delete the existing drivers. Note that when the edit driver module and delete driver modules are selected as shown in figure 131 the user will be redirected to the view drivers screen and from here the user can perform the edit and delete functionality. This module also provides the additional functionality of exporting the driver details in csv and xls format. The screen is shown below:

License class

This module allows the user to add a new license class and to delete an existing class. The screen below shows the fields that needs to be filled in order to add a new license class.
