Sub-contractor module

Sub-contractor

This module will allow the user to perform different functionalities in regards to the subcontractor. The module has the following sub modules:

Add new sub-contractor

This sub module will the user to add new subcontractor in the system. The sub-contractor details are used in all types of jobs. The screen below shows the fields required for adding a new subcontractor.

Mandatory fields:

  • Company

  • ABN

  • Contact name

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Address

View sub-contractor

This sub module allows the user to view edit and delete the sub-contractors existing in the system. Note that when the edit sub-contractor’s module and delete sub-contractors’ modules are selected as shown in figure 188 the user will be redirected to the view sub-contractors screen and from here the user can perform the edit and delete functionality as well as the user will be able to export the details in CSV and Excel format. The screen is shown below:

Pending requests

In this sub module the sub-contractors with the type selected as allotrac (as shown in figure 190) will be shown. The subcontractors with allotrac type require approval from the admin.
