Trailer Module

Trailers

This module allows the user to add trailers in the system. Alike vehicles the trailers are also used for jobs and subcontractors. The module has the following sub modules:

Add new trailers

This module will allow the users to add new trailers in the system. Shown below are the fields relevant for adding a trailer:

New trailer class button will allow the user to add a new trailer class if the class required is not available in the drop-down menu.

View trailers

This sub module allows the user to view edit and delete the trailers existing in the system. Note that when the edit trailers module and delete trailers modules are selected as shown in figure 206 the user will be redirected to the view trailers screen and from here the user can perform the edit and delete functionality as well as the user will be able to export the details in CSV and Excel format. The screen is shown below:
